Terms & Conditions

  1. The copyright residing in the DVD, CD or videotape is the intellectual property of World Salon Developments Ltd and shall remain the intellectual property of the World Salon Developments.
  2. The Purchaser shall not make any copy, either in whole or in part, of the said DVD, CD or videotape nor cause or allow the said DVD or videotape to be copied by any other person.
  3. The Purchaser shall not allow the said DVD, CD or videotape to be the subject of public performance.
  4. The Purchaser shall not hire out or rent the said DVD, CD or videotape to any other person, or allow the said DVD, CD or videotape to be hired out or rented by any other person.
  5. The Purchaser shall use the said DVD, CD or videotape solely for the purposes of the business of the Purchaser and for no other purpose. Should the Purchaser carry on business in a training institution and wish to use the DVD, CD or videotape, a licence fee shall be paid in respect of use in the institution and every additional location in which the DVD, CD or videotape is used.
  6. The DVD, CD or videotape can only be sold or transferred to a buyer of the business of the Purchaser. In the event of such a transaction the Purchaser shall ensure that the buyer of the business of the Purchaser shall enter into a contract with the Vendor carrying similar obligations to the present agreement.
  7. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby stated that this agreement is subject to the Electronic Transactions Act 2002
    Karen David International Ltd makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of the information contained in the said DVD, CD or videotape, and accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the consequences of any person relying on the information provided therein or performing any acts described therein.

  8. Customs/Clearance Charges. The Purchaser may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied to the purchaser or recipient once the package reaches it's destination.  Karen David International Ltd have no control over these charges and cannot predict when these charges may apply.  Therefore Karen David International Ltd accept no responsibility for any duties or taxes charged and we will not alter documentation in order to defraud these agencies.
