Often referred to as 'The Dr Phil of Hairdressing', Karen and David Lynch have inspired, educated, and motivated many hairstylists, beauty therapists and salon owners to improve their salon business and service skills.  They are seen as business coaches that have 'walked the talk' enabling them to offer practical, specific advice to the unique issues that confront salons everyday.

Having their own successful award winning Hair & Beauty salons, led Karen and David to be recognized for their high business performance and positive team environment by Wella.  Thus began their seminar career with a series of seminars for Wella. The demand was high.  For two years they went on to consult over 90 top Wella salons and they wrote and delivered almost 100  seminars on Salon Management, Staff motivation and development, Growing profit, Increasing Retail sales and Client service. 

In 2006, Karen and David continued their seminars and coaching though their own company, Karen David International.   They have created their own 12 month Salon Success Program and the release of their DVD training systems has made them an international company with their DVD's being distributed worldwide.

Karen and David continue to be in high demand for their training seminars and are regular speakers at various business functions.
